I have many wonderful memories of Carol and all the Higys. The one that comes to mind first is Carol's smile very generous and real made you feel special. I hope the many memories will bring you comfort.

So sorry to hear about Carol's passing. She was a good friend and colleague years ago at UNCP. She was always cheerful and positive...great qualities to have as an educator.

So sorry to hear of Dr. Higy's passing. She was a dear colleague and I always enjoyed seeing her great smile. She will truly be missed. What a wonderful lady she was. My sympathies to her family during this difficult time.

I am so sorry to hear of Carol's passing. My father (Bill Knight) and your family were friends and I have very fond memories of your family from childhood. I will always remember Carol for her beautiful smile, positive attitude and love of life. You are in my thoughts.

Dear Mr. Higy and family, I'm so sorry for your loss. Carol was a great classmate at Springfield and we had a lot of fun together. I was lucky to see her a few times over the years and glad she had a great life. My sympathies to you in this sad time.

I am so sorry to read of Carol's death. We were classmates at Springfield. Even then, her smile illuminated every corner of a room. May wonderful memories help you through the grief of losing your daughter, aunt, and dear friend. My thoughts and prayers go to Carol's family. God bless and keep you all.
